The Knoco Mexico franchise is handled by Glumin, headed by Jorge Blanco. Jorge has over 30 years of experience in IT, and has been CIO in several multinational and national companies in Mexico. With over 15 years of experience in managerial positions as well as consulting. He has been awarded as one of the "100 Best CIO's in Mexico" in 2014.

Jorge has been the leader in technological implementations as part of strategic changes for national, regional or global projects. He developed and implemented a customer-centric IT services model and an approach to share and transfer knowledge and lessons learned. He has collaborated in organizations of different industries such as IT services, sports and fitness, manufacture, construction, pharmaceutical, editorial, automotive, international trade, food, hospitality, telecommunications, and education. Jorge has more than 20 years of academic experience, awarded several times as one of the best undergraduate program professors. He has been associated professor in a couple of private universities (ITESO and Tec de Monterrey), teaching in Engineering and Management. Since 2012 he is associate professor in Knowledge Management for the Master in Enterprise IT Management, a graduate program, at a Corporate University (INTTELMEX IT)

 He is the founder and Managing Director of Glumin Networks SC, company focused in training and consulting in Knowledge Management and IT best practices, as well as workshops aided with business simulations. In Glumin he created Aramiz Experience, a ludic workshop with a business simulation that encourages collaboration and knowledge management. Glumin is forerunner of DASA (DevOps Agile Skills Association), organization that encourages DevOps promotion and adoption worldwide. Glumin agglutinates a cluster of collaborators with many years of experience in training and consulting all over Latin America.
